Sometimes commercials ruin songs. However, whenever I hear this song on the Volkswagen commercial it just makes me feel good. So, I'd be cool with it if EVERY commercial used this song. It's one of those tunes that just makes you happy to be alive.
Grizzly Bear's "Two Weeks" is off the album Veckatimest - which I could make the argument is the best album from 2009. I had the pleasure of seeing these guys at Pitchfork fest last summer and I hope to get to see them again sometime in the near future.
So crank up your volume and have a lovely day:
